Chapter 20:
Three days passed by uneventfully. The Alpha’s all went home with strict orders to be on guard and tighten security around their borders. Jared has been slightly over bearing not wanting me to do anything really. I know he just wants to keep me and his unborn child safe but really sitting in an office doing paperwork all day isn’t my idea of caretaking a pack. Jared and Chase have been checking in with pack members while they both have made me hold up in the Alpha’s office doing all kinds of paper work, ranging from bills needed paid to checks for the omega’s who are paid for cooking and cleaning as that is their jobs.
