The various ministers sat around the large, oval-shaped table, none of them able to look at one another, all of them torn apart by the stress dominating every waking moment. When Wilson burst in, a stash of papers under his arm, no one so much as glanced up. Surveying the gathering of so many important individuals, Wilson stood for a moment, and gauged their mood.
