Brandy “I’m glad Axel decided to meet us there,” Nate grumbled under his breath. I rolled my eyes. He wouldn’t have seen my silent response seeing as I was staring silently out the window watching the scenery go by. “What?” He asked exasperatedly. Had my eyes made noise or something? “At least he would be better company.” “What’s that supposed to mean?” “You’re grumpy,” I snapped back, returning my attention to the rows and rows of houses moving by outside of the window.
