Brandy I stood gaping up at the grand stone staircase leading up to the giant, oak wood front door. The mansion my father owned seemed so small in comparison to the one the Senator had. It was only two stories but the place seemed to go on forever. Others who had been invited were moving around us to check in before being allowed inside. The mansion was part of a private beach community and was practically on the beach itself.
