I've just landed back in New York and I'm both jetlagged and feeling like s**t because my nights at the hotel in Japan have not been great. And being in a bed without hearing Lucy’s soft breathing was only partly why. Unsurprisingly, my condition decided that I don't deserve a break and one night has been especially rough.
Thank f**k I had Kylie with me, otherwise it would have been worse. By the time she got the alert on her corresponding wristwatch that I'm having a seizure, I had managed to bang my head onto the nightstand and cause myself a nasty cut. I obviously didn’t feel the damage until morning came and I groggily woke up, but it was still an inconvenience.
