"Who am I? What am I?" My voice barely escaped my lips while making my way out of the room. With my mother's revelation, it felt like it weighed down on me.
It's cool night air that hits my skin, but it does little for the storm inside of me. Damn, all the things I thought I knew about myself, my past was all one big fat lie.
My mother, the one person I trusted most in this world, had kept the truth from me all these years.
I started walking through the woods and honestly had no idea where I was going. It all becomes a blur before me, the trees, nothing at all.
