Damien’s POV
Shit… I can’t keep her, it hurts as f**k. It would kill me to break bonds with her, but I can’t hurt her.
I don’t know how she is not hurt, but it must be a miracle. I can’t take chances with her safety.
I grit my teeth. I tightened my grip around her wrist and pulled her out of my room.
“I’ll take you to Daniel… Okay?” I said, but she yanked her hand out of my grip instead.
I groaned as I turned to see her stand with her hands crossed over her chest, I raked my long hair back as I stared at her, nearly frustrated.
“This is already hard for me, Sera, please don’t make it any harder… I beg you.”
She shook her head, “I don’t want to go… I don't want to leave… I don’t want to break ties with you, Damien.”
I looked down and took a deep breath before inching closer to her,
