Chapter 11 Delia hung her apron on the hook by her office door and closed the door behind her. End of the month reports were due, and she needed quiet for that. The kitchen hummed with the activity of prepping and cooking. The crew had just finished the breakfast rotation and was capitalizing on the temporary lull in the restaurant to get ready to serve lunch. She sat down at her desk with a sigh.
