Week 1- How to create an initial outline: Alone
Creating an outline for Alone:
1. Write down the ideas
a. The character is a lonely girl with mild depression.
b. She just started a new school.
2. Draw the plot using the ideas.
a. A 16 years old girl, Aisha is a lonely girl with mild depression.
b. Her parents moved and she changed schools to a boarding school. Her parents moves a lot but they want their child to have a single place for her school so they took her to a boarding school.
Questions to ask and answer:
a. Why is Aisha lonely?
Aisha has been sheltered her whole life, she doesn't know how to make friends and she isn't allowed to go out. Being a good girl, she always listen to her parents but the rules made her lonely and lack social skills which lead to a mild depression.
b. Why did she change schools?
Aisha changed schools because her parents moved to anew house and her old school isn't really having everything one needs to do science. So her parents made the decision for her to change schools and that too to a boarding school.
c. What was the atmosphere in the new school?
The atmosphere in the school was kind of suffocating, the school has some kind of restrictions with a lot of restricting rules. The school felt like a cage. She thought that she won't be able to survive.
3. Add scene, more supporting characters and logic.

Scene 1: Aisha's Home.
Aisha's father told her that she was to continue a new school at a boarding school. She was to go for an entrance exam the next day at a school called Guf Science Academy.
Scene 2: Guf Science Academy
Aisha passed her entrance exams exam and she is to start school the next day. She was not happy but she was also not sad. She didn't feel anything and felt something at the same time. She was having conflicting feelings about the school. All she thought was that at least she would be away from home for the first time.
Scene 3: First day
Aisha's first day of school was uneventful except that she got settled into her room, she was not happy about the arrangements because she had to start classes that same day and she wasn't given her uniform yet so she stood out like a sore thumb which she didn't like. And she was constantly brought out of her comfort zone when she was asked to introduce herself to the class.
She met her old schoolmate that was a class higher than hers. It was her father's friends' daughter, Zarah. She was happy to find a familiar face in the school but still got depressed when she thought of how she had no social skills and that she doesn't have any courage to try. Throughout the entire time, the expression on her face didn't change. She had on her expressionless face on which made the other classmates think she was an arrogant girl, she didn't even smile once!
Zarah talked to her and gave her a very good tip on how to survive in the school. Zarah also told that if she need anything that she was there. The two talked some more and the girl left her alone when a teacher entered the class.
The summary of Everything: Alone
Aisha is a lonely girl with no social skills. She has always been like that but no one noticed. Her parents moved to a new house and she changed school to a boarding school.
Her father took her for the entrance exam and she passed the exam. She started the school the next day.
Aisha's new school was a very depressing school. It felt like a cage to her. She never thought that she would survive in the school.
She saw her old schoolmate who was a class higher than her then. It was father's friends daughter, Zarah. She was happy seeing someone she knew but became depressed after she thought about how she lacks social skills and has no courage to try.
She settled in her room and started her class that same day. She stuck out like a sore thumb because she hadn't gotten her school uniform yet and she didn't like it one bit. She was also constantly brought out of her comfort zone anytime a teacher asks her to introduce herself to the class.
Meanwhile, the class were thinking she was arrogant because of her expressionless face. She looked as if she was looking down on them when in fact she was having an inner turmoil.
Zarah talked to her which made her calm after she told her a very good tip on how to survive in the school.
Zarah also told her that she was there if there was anything she needed.
