Heaven's Will

July 4 There was the sound of continuous beeping. That sound was the sound of Aldrin's life. Tears fell from her eyes as she watched him lying unconscious on the hospital bed. He used to look active and vigorous but now his face was ashen. She held his hand and fidgeted with his fingers. "Don't leave me." She cried, but still, there came no response. Her boyfriend was in coma for almost two months now. They were involved in a car accident. She feels guilty knowing that it was her fault. She mouthed the words, "I love you, Aldrin." Then as if on cue, she heard a loud deafening sound that made her whole world fall apart. She looked at the monitor, horrified and deathly pale. As if to confirm, a red straight line blinked back at her.
