Charles looked back at Elizabeth, he noticed the look the servant was giving her and frowned slightly. It was a look of admiration like she was the most amazing person in the world like she was a precious gift.
He let go of Mary and held his hand out to her, "Show me the house pet." She walked towards him and accepted his hand, Milos stood back he was confused at the language they were speaking. He was able to understand the gestures though, he helped the footman unload the luggage before making his way into the house knowing the other man would take the luggage upstairs to be sorted.
Milos was shocked about how different his mistress's family sounded than she did and he guessed that they weren't American like her. They removed their outerwear the maid in the hallway helping to put the garments away as they headed past the foyer, Mary stopping to smell the flowers in a vase on the table she smiled pulling a flower out of the arrangement.
"She missed us," She plucked a petal. "She missed us not." Moving on to pluck another letting it drop on to the long rug in the hall. She continued on twirling around the hall as she finished plucking the petals finally shouting, "She missed us, I knew it!" With a smile she moved back to the couple behind her linking her arms with the other woman happily.
He let go of Elizabeth's hand to wrap an arm around her shoulders, he pulled her close as the walked leaning his head close to hers to kiss her cheek. She tried to pull away as he tightened his hold, blushing as the servants saw. She spoke in German as she gave them orders in her shaking voice, she looked nervously about knowing what would happen soon.
They moved into a formal salon, "Fix me a drink." He demanded moving to sit on a love seat, removing his arm from her shoulders and giving her a slight push. Mary curled around him sitting in his lap, her fingers twisting his unruly hair lovingly. She moved to the cabinet, shaking her head at Milos as he moved to take her place.
She poured Charles his whiskey neat and looked at the dark haired woman as she fixed her a glass of wine. "I know what I want to drink," Mary said with a smile. "Warm, red, sweet, and pulsing under my tongue." She threw her head back laughing.
"We will soon my love." He kissed her as he brought his hand up to caress her face. "Soon."
"I know what you want to drink," She smiled as he moved trailing kisses down her neck, eyes locking on the furiously blushing redhead's. "Sweet, nectar, honey from between our pet's thighs."
Elizabeth was glad the servants couldn't understand English at that moment, they had already been giving Mary strange looks, "That she will, luv." He said with a smile pulling his head back, "Think I can make her scream?" He said with a chuckle.
"Of course, our pet's screams are the prettiest of sounds." She said with a smile as she accepted the wine from the young woman.
Charles held out his hand for his whiskey, she handed it to him and he held the tumbler up watching it through the light. "You've done well." He said as he turned his head to look at her. "The house is perfect."
She smiled at the compliment, not used to praise from him and it made her feel good. He motioned for her to sit beside him and she did as instructed stiffly, "I'm very pleased," he said as he gently pinched her chin, "I'll have to think of a reward for you."
"I'm glad it pleases you, Charles." She said before he guided her closer to him, he leaned over as Mary watched interestedly from his lap as the two kissed. She clapped her hands, "The funs about to begin!"
"Tell him you'd like a tray sent to up to your room pet," Charles spoke to her motioning to Milos. Elizabeth nodded and told Milos just that, he bowed before heading into the kitchen.
Mary stood up, bouncing on her toes ready for the hunt as Charles pulled the redhead in deepening the kiss. "Go up to your room luv and leave the key in the door for me." She nodded, as she moved to stand. "I'll come for you when it's done." She glanced back at him as she left the room, heading up the stairs to her bedroom her heart beating in her throat, she didn't want to think about what was about to happen. She knew better than to be out of her room when the hunting started though, Mary may view her as a favorite pet but nothing would stop her from killing her if she got in the way of her killings.
She closed the door leaning against it and took a deep breath, she moved to sit at her vanity. She started unpinning the bun, placing the bobby pins into their box as her red-gold locks tumbled down her back. The tap on her door made her jump as Milos brought in her tray, "Are you alright miss?" He asked as he sat it down on the dresser, she rubbed her temples as he poured her a glass of wine.
"I'm fine thank you." She said with a smile, "Thank you Milos." Tears prickled at her eyes as he bid her a goodnight closing the door with a soft click behind him. Charles moved beside the man, he locked the door pocketing the key with a smile.
He turned to Milos, "She gets so attached. Poor pet does it every time," He smiled at the confused man his face shifting eyes turning gold, "If I were you, I'd run." He told the man in German. With a shriek, he turned to run away from the demon that chased him.
Downstairs he heard the blood-curdling scream from the maid. As Mary began her hunt as well, he smiled it was good to be home.
