Charles sat up in the bed, he ran a hand through his messy brown hair, he moved the duvet to cover the sleeping woman. He stood and grabbed his trousers from off the chair, he pulled them on and buttoned the top buttons. He left the room sticking his head into Mary's room seeing her peacefully sleeping after the previous night's hunt. Her red lips stained darker with blood, her curls wild in sleep, it made him smile.
He made his way to the kitchen, he could hear one of the minions in the basement that had already turned. That would make his life so much easier, they could get started on cleaning up the house so his pet could come out of her room. He changed his course to the basement making a mental note to fix Elizabeth a tray of food and water.
Opening the door he smiled, it was the big one who had woken first. Good, that would give him a moment to talk with him, "Morning." He said to the man as golden eyes turned to stare at him with fangs barred, "Ah ah," he tutted at the freshly turned vampire, "I wouldn't if I were you. You're stronger now, but not strong enough to take me out." Milos tried to contain his snarl.
"What have you done to me?" He growled at the older vampire.
"I've made you stronger. You won't age, you won't die." He smirked, "Well, easily at least. Avoid the sun and decapitation. Most of all remember what I said about Elizabeth, she's precious to me and if one hair on her pretty little head gets hurt by one of you, I'll put you in the sun for a first-hand demonstration of why you should avoid it."
He looked eyes with Milos, his own glowing with his demon, "Do you understand?" He said with a growl of warning.
"I understand you, Master." Milos nodded to the older vampire.
"Good, you can start cleaning the house. I won't let her out til it's done and you lot are out hunting. It wouldn't do for you to accidentally attack her, when the others awaken get them started on helping you clean." Charles told him as he moved to head back into the kitchen.
He pulled out a tray from the cabinet and moved to grab a plate, he pulled out some fresh fruit and sliced it along with some cheese. He picked up a loaf of crusted bread a tore a piece off putting it on the plate as well, he moved to the water pump in the kitchen grabbing a copper pitcher as he went to pump the water for her. Once finished he grabbed a cup placing everything on the tray he smiled as he lifted it up to take it to his room.
He hummed a tune as he made his way up the stairs, she was still out as he sat the tray on the dresser he grabbed the cup and the pitcher, pouring the cool water for her. He sat the pitcher back down and moved to the bed watching her sleep, he smiled as he went to wake her up.
"Time to wake up pet." He said as he shook her shoulder gently. She looked at him confusion clouding her eyes, "Charles?" She asked her voice quivering.
"Were you expecting someone else?" He smirked at her as he pushed a lock of unruly hair behind her ear. He held to the rule with her that first and foremost she was his, he didn't mind Mary joining in at times, but she knew the boundaries and he was always there to make sure nothing got out of hand. Mary had killed too many of her bed partners for him to trust her alone when she was in the throes of passion.
She looked at him her eyebrow raised in a silent question and he wanted to kick himself, his poor pet had passed out of course she would be confused.
"I fixed you a tray." He said handing her the water before moving to get it for her.
"Thank you." She said as she moved to sit up in the bed tucking the sheet under her arms to cover her breasts.
He sat the tray in her lap and picked up an apple slice, " When was the last time you ate anything?" He said as he traced the fruit across her lips, she parted her mouth as he fed her. She chewed it slowly, swallowing the fruit, "I had lunch yesterday, I'm really not that hungry." She took another sip of her water.
"Planning to try and starve yourself again?" He asked as he brought a slice of cheese to her lips waiting for her to take a bite. In the earlier years, she had tried several ways to kill her self, starvation had been one of the first. He had ended it before she had gotten too weak, that was in Rome. In Bristol where he had found her, she had tried to step in front of a moving carriage, he liked to think she was distracted as he had pulled her back. He knew that wasn't the case when he had seen the defiance flashing in her eyes.
"Not today. Mast.... Charles." She caught herself quickly, using his name instead of Master was a very new thing for the girl, he looked at her hand wrapped around the cup her middle finger crooked he had broken that finger to help get it through to her.
She took the cheese he offered her into her mouth, chewing it with slow deliberation. "I missed you pet." He said as she finished and he grabbed a green grape, "You sure you didn't miss me?"
"Every second, of every day." She whispered closing her eyes as a tear slipped through. He smiled moving in to kiss her gently, he put the grape to her lips waiting for her to take the proffered fruit.

Mary awoke, she smiled as she stretched like a cat languidly arching her back. She had slept a good portion of the day and she could hear her Charles playing with his pet, she so loved the music they made together. The keening sound making her giggle as she rolled off the bed, she stripped her dress off leaving it on the floor.
She walked in her chemise to the bathroom, splashed her face at the feel of the blood staining her lips. She scrubbed them til they no longer felt dirty, she opened the cabinet reading all the labels to the bottles Elizabeth had placed here for her she smiled finding a perfume that smelled of lilies. She opened it and dabbed it on her neck, it was her favorite smell and she was pleased that their pet had remembered it.
She left the bathroom wondering if the maid had awoken yet, brushing her hair by herself was ever so much work and she had better things to do than worry about such nonsense. She walked down the hallway to Charles's room and opened the door.
"Touch yourself." He told the naked woman on his bed, Mary moved to lay on the bed beside her. Watching the blushing woman as she did as told, she leaned over nuzzling her neck, "So nummy. Sweet, nectar, honey, flowing from your cunny. Like a prezzie."
