It was three days before Milos saw her again, he was hanging up Mary and Charles' outwear upon them returning from their hunt. She came down the stairs she was wearing a gray dress that hugged her curves, it wasn't one that he had seen her in previously. She was holding a book close to her chest her pale hand resting on the banister, he looked up at her through hooded eyes fighting to keep his demon at bay. The sight of her making his fangs itch, he let out a snarl and watched the hand clutching the book began to shake.
A warning growl came from behind him, Charles moved into his line of sight. "I may be your sire, but she is far more important to me than you are. Watch yourself, I would hate for the maids to have to beat your ashes out of the rug." His eyes flashing gold in warning.
"You said it in English," Elizabeth said in a shaking voice. Both hands clutching the book now, as she looked at both vampires.
"Damn, forgot." He said before repeating himself in Greman for the blonde man to understand.
Milos was unprepared for how he felt towards the mistress now, he had thought that he was over the feeling of wanting to kill her. Seeing her now had reawakened that desire though, he knew from the master's rules he could look at her, talk to her, but touching her was forbidden. She was off limits, he was getting used to how the house ran now and the hierarchy at work.
Take care of the master first and foremost, then the mistress, then her. He loathed the idea now that he was turned, he was so much stronger than the girl and the fact that they both put her above himself and the other minions was appalling. She was human, no better than a quick meal. Prey, that's all she was.
He fought to control his emotions as Charles held out his hand for her, he watched them head into the study. She looked over her shoulder at him, her green eyes wet with unshed tears. He wasn't prepared for that, he had thought that she didn't care what had happened to them. Maybe she did care, maybe her kindness hadn't been an act. He finished hanging the cloak he had in his hands before moving onto his next task, he had a lot on his mind.

Agata helped Mary slip off her dress, she had been messy during the hunt tonight. She moved to her closet sorting through the dresses looking for one in a similar color so that they wouldn't have to change her undergarments. She pulled out a red velvet dress looking at the neckline she nodded to herself, holding it out for Mary to inspect.
"That one is my favorite." She said with a happy child-like smile. Mary was her favorite of the ones she served, she didn't know if it was because Mary had turned her or not. She tried not to think about that too much, she knew from talking to Milos he didn't feel the same for Charles. She didn't know if that made her weak or not, Chef wasn't even sure who his sire was.
She helped the mistress into the dress moving the sleeves into place before she moved behind the vampire in front of her to button up the ivory buttons on the back of her dress. She smiled at Mary as she turned to smile her thanks, "Every such a pretty dear, you are." Mary caressed her cheek and she leaned into the touch savoring the sweetness of her sire.
"Do you think my Charles's doll would like a puppy?" She smiled at the thought. "We saw one on our walk tonight and it made me think of her."
Agata frowned, she didn't like to think about mistress Elizabeth. Thinking of her former mistress made her angry and hungry, she didn't like how they treated the human, it wasn't fair. She was her childe and she wanted to spoil the pet, Mary was slightly off but that was no excuse in her mind.
"Do you need anything else?" She said to Mary her tone cold.
"No, darling. Have a fun night." The raven-haired woman said with a smile before moving from the room in her graceful gliding walk.

Mary made her way to the study every few steps she would twirl in a dance of her own to unheard music. She found Elizabeth giving Charles a tour of the home, she was showing him a hidden safe.
"I've placed our passports here along with coin and jewels just in case. We need to make a quick exit." She said from her place on the floor as she placed the books back into their place to hide it again.
"Very nice pet and why would we be going somewhere?" He said with a smile, it wasn't a happy one.
She grabbed her side where the scar from the knife wound was thinking about the last angry mob they had dealt with; she had almost been killed last time, "You never know when an angry mob will attack again, I've got weapons hidden throughout the house as well." She said as she moved to stand.
"Good idea pet, I was worried for a second that you were going to try and escape again." He said with a raised eyebrow.
"You'd find me if I did." She said softly looking down.
"Always, you're my girl." He said making her think of her dream, she looked up at him before moving to the closet beside the desk and pressing a secret panel, it popped open to reveal two swords. He smiled looking at weapons, "You think of everything, what would I do without you?" She closed the panel and moved to the desk pulling out ledger books, "In case you wanted to go over our finances." She sat them down, the had an estate agent. She wasn't too fond of him, the first time they had met he was shocked by her age and had immediately tried to change the tone of their relationship.
She had politely informed the man that if he kept it up she could find someone else to manage her family's money. He had questioned her wanting to know when he would hear from a husband, brother, or uncle and she had told the man with a smile, "Only in the event of my death." He had promptly stopped asking to speak with a male relative.
"I trust you pet, I'll leave those for Ciaran." He said running his fingertips over the books.
Elizabeth went pale at the mention of Mary's sire, "I didn't know he would be joining us so soon."
"Of course pet, you know they never stay away for too long." He looked at her taking in her pale face and frightened eyes.
