ANNIE Laughter bubbled up out of me while, at the same time, heated bubbles got inside my shirt and lifted it up. I felt like the universe was intervening before I made a massive mistake. The whole situation just struck me as ridiculously funny. I pushed lightly against Kam until he finally, reluctantly released my body.
