"Sir?" Officer Spencer addressed Allistar. "As you know, the chief has assigned me and Officer Stiles as protection for Cordelia for the duration. Lori will be in plain clothes, and will be in the role of 'friend' to her and Anita. I will be in the role of friend to Silas and Logan. Since you are all in for the evening, I will leave, but be back in the morning at eight. Lori, your shift ends in a few minutes. I can drive you back to the station, so you can get your car."
"I actually took a cab today as my car is in the shop. I will just take a cab home from here, if that's okay. I will clock out electronically at the end of the shift. See you tomorrow morning." Lori explained as she walked the other officer to the door. A quick wave of his hand, and Officer Spencer left the suite.
