10 There are museums in Portland for those fortunate enough to find some unsuspecting soul to drag through the exhibits. There are parks aplenty, and many locals are the outdoorsy types who like to walk and hike and ride their bikes along the river, weather permitting, though the Portland mist means nothing to locals and they continue their walking and their hiking and their biking despite weather that would keep people from drier parts of the world inside.
