Alpha Fenris and Tibetan were trying to get the location of Sapporo. Tibetan did cast a spell to reach his brother but it didn't work out. It feels as someone has blocked his source of magic. He was getting so worried for his brother, there can be two possibilities either someone cast a spell on him or Alpha Masham has already killed him. A pack witch was also helping them to find the exact location of the pack.
