Brielle's POV The bruises were going away, and I was happy that I didn't get the attention that I received before. The function is tonight. I didn't want to go, but I had already promised Daylan that I would accompany him. I was drying dishes in the kitchen of the cafeteria, but I wasn't feeling one hundred percent. Even the smell of food made me feel a little bit nauseas, but I could push through. I still couldn't get that kiss that Daylan placed against my cheek off of my head that he left me with last week.
