I was awoken by Julian groaning and rolling out of bed. Still half asleep, I lifted my head to see him pull a shirt over his head. Glancing at the clock, I saw that it was 6.30 AM. “Mom says to come down and have breakfast.” Julian grumbled sleepily. “Did I miss her coming in here?” I asked in confusion. “Was I sleeping that heavily?” Julian shook his head. “She mindlinked me.” He replied. “Huh?” I frowned and Julian looked up. “Humans can’t do that?” He asked. “Umm, no?” I said and stiffly climbed out of bed. My muscles were sore and there was a slight ache between my legs after yesterday.
