Bella’s P.O.V
For the past ten minutes, since I had received Asher’s text message I had been trying to find the lab, I knew that he wasn't joking. He had ordered me to meet him there in five minutes, but I was already gone late. If I didn't get there soon, I knew that he would actually flush my ID card. I looked down at my phone as another message came through, it was from Asher again.
“Five minutes have passed. How dare you disobey my order! If I don’t see your face here in the next 5 minutes, the result will not be pleasant!”
I was so furious when I read his message, the words he used were very threatening. But I knew that after slapping him I didn't want to provoke him any further than I already had.
