John She fell asleep before I even got back in the car and I can't help but feel guilty for exhausting her this morning. I look at her for a minute, just taking in her beautiful face, the little freckles just slightly visible now that she has no makeup on. I quickly pull her safetybelt over her, making sure she is secure before I fasten my own and pull out of the parking space. I take my time to drive to her apartment, knowing that she won't be waking up soon. I stop in front of the door and then pick up her handbag from the floor where she had dropped it. I dug out her apartment keys and then got out of the car. I wave at her nosy neighbor who stands by the window, a cup of coffee in her hands. Her neighbor lifts her chin and then walks away from the window. I quickly unlock Jena's apart
