I found a group of women in the nearby town who have been weaving products out of different materials. They make bags, blankets, and hats, among others. The bags got my attention, and I decided to buy some of them.
I took them home and studied how they are made. I did some research and found a way to modernize the bags and make them more enticing. I hired some of the women to create my improved bag designs and started selling them online.
The first batch of bags we made sold in less than a week, so I decided to pursue making the bags and selling them online
