THE week after, Joshua and I made site visits to the new branches. We're a few months into the planning and Rachel has started the construction.
We were doing an inspection when we ran into Rachel. We didn't even know that she was going to be at the site.
Rachel: "Liv! Joshua! It's so nice to see you!"
Liv: "Oh, hey Rachel."
Joshua: "Hi Rachel."
After exchanging pleasantries, Rachel told us how she makes random stops at some job sites to ensure that the work being done is at par with the plans. This is her way of ensuring that the quality of work is up to her and the client's satisfaction.
