I didn't see Joshua nor did I tell him about the details of the the dinner. I did tell Phoebe and asked her to come over to my house so we could drive to the restaurant together.
I was surprised when Phoebe arrived with Joshua. He was driving the car. Phoebe got out of the passenger seat and moved to the back.
I moved closer to her and whispered "You didn't have to move. I could have sat in the back."
Phoebe: "No. Sit next to your boyfriend."
I let out a sigh and took the passenger seat. After I'd put my seatbelt on, Joshua drove off without saying a word. He didn't even acknowledge me. I didn't say anything to him either.
