Clair  Sarah and Cassy arrived within an hour. As soon as she crossed the violet magic portal, Sarah engulfed me in a mama bear embrace.  “My Puppet! I missed you and our little Vanessa so much!” she beamed. I missed her too, a lot! Sarah was like a second mother to me and a gushing grandmother for my pup.  “My baby girl is finally sleeping now. All Hunter’s growling put her in a bad mood.” I shook my head. Parting the hug after a few minutes, I looked at Sarah and Cassy, “Thank you so much for coming so fast.  “Of course, Clair. Sarah wouldn’t let me wait a minute longer than necessary, knowing that you are in danger,” Cassy replied with a tight smile. She was very reserved and brooding, the opposite of Sarah.
