Tyler As soon as she fell asleep, I left to fish and get some berries. I needed some space, some distance to not get completely lost in her. A deep breath left my nostrils. The Little Fox would ruin me completely if I wasn’t already ruined. Without wasting time, I started working on my tasks trying to distract myself and avoid thinking about her. After getting all I needed, I lit a small fire near the cave, to cook the fish and help us warm up. The nightfall brought some chilly winds. After hearing her footsteps, I turned my head around a little. She looked a bit better but still pale. “Tyler,” she called softly, sitting beside me and rubbing her hands together in front of the dancing flames. Without saying a word, I handed her the branch of tree with the fish and some berries.
