I was really in a state that I had no idea how to handle at all . I mean , how was is supposed to tell him about everything that had happened as a result of that scandal that he has started by himself. But I had to try as much as possible to see that all this was in order without having to make my daughter come to know about anything.

“You are mistaken , I am really okay .” I lied trying as much as possible to see that I was okay and not having any issues at hand . I turned around and tried to busy my self with things that were actually not even there at all.

However even when I did this , I felt his presence still behind me. It actually at the same time was beginning to make me freak out but of course I had no idea why it was actually like that .

I wanted him away , it was the only way that was going to help me stop the sensations and so much more that I was feeling at this time. Everything was actually overwhelming me.

“Why is that that am not convinced with the answer that you have given me .” he murmured to me but I pretended like I had actually not heard him say that .

“I am more than sure that you are hiding something from me.” He insisted . This prompted me to turn around and he was standing here looking as composed as he was in the first place.

“Are you sure you want to know what is wrong with me?” the words left my mouth before I could even control them . The weight was becoming so intense on my heart . I needed some one to share with this particular thing that was eating me out and he was the only one whom I could talk to about this topic.

We share a kind of secret and with him , I hoped I was going to be helped some how. That was actually what I wanted .

“No no , I surely don’t know what is wrong with you but I could be more than ready to know about it .” he was calm when he said that. I was puzzled, I did not know if what I was going to say was the right thing or not.

I looked at him keenly as I began to have second thoughts about whether to disclose what was actually disturbing me or not. Surely this was something that was not easy to do .

“Come on , you can talk to me. I know I might be your son in law but I want to assure you that I will be getting whatever you will tell me even if it means keeping it from your own daughter.”

Before I could say anything in response to that, I heard my daughter inform me from the living room that she was back.

“I think you need to go talk to your wife , she is back.” I told Rio. It was actually like I was just trying to get him away from me. The tension of being near had suddenly risen without me even knowing. I had no idea how I was going to have this loved at all.

Rio immediately exited from the kitchen leaving me all by myself. The moment he had completely exited, I felt like the breathe that I had been holding all this time was suddenly relived .

I had no idea that I had actually been holding my breathe all this time. I quickly turned back to the cooking that I was doing earlier . I soon finished the coffee and resorted to the snacks.

In a nick of time, I was done with everything and soon took everything to the dinning where the two were sited waiting for it. However up to this point , I was actually still contemplating about the un finished conversation that I had with my son in law.

I did not know if we were going back to it some time to come or rather we were not going to talk about it again.

“you have no idea how starving I am .” My daughter exclaimed as she began to sip from her coffee gluttonily . the two of us just laughed at how crazy she was .

“I thought you had taken something when you went to see Melissa.” I commented .

“not at all , I did not do that . I just wanted to meet Melissa so that she can come to my house with me to help me with the unpacking .” she informed me. I had totally forgotten about all that . You know before the marriage, the two were actually living separately .

So that they have now moved in together after the marriage , the two will surely have so much to up pack and that is for real .

“You don’t have to bother her honey , I will definitely help you will everything that you want . have a full day today doing nothing .” I told her.

“No no , mom . it is okay . I am going to do everything with Melissa.” Amara informed us. Rio did not say a single word during that short conversation with my daughter . Perhaps he knew that it was a women talk and he had nothing to say there.

We took our later breakfast as we talked. I tried as much as possible to rotate the conversation around the two newly married couple. Okay , though there was some bit emergency as Amara told me, I did not think they could cut their honey moon to only a single day .

Any way , the two were married and it was not really proper for me to keep mending in their lives as though they were still young children.

The whole day until the evening , I was at least okay not feeling so bad due to the scenario that I had had going on in my life. At least the presence of the two made it very chilly for me and I forget everything .

In addition to that , I had actually switched off my phone with an intention of not getting any disturbances at all. I could deal will everything later …maybe .
