I was thankful it was finally done. But then I was confused. Only three days? It felt short or maybe that was normal? I’ll have to ask Xander’s mother. Not that I’m complaining, no cramps and it only lasted three days. I can live with that.
I stripped off my clothes before walking out of the bathroom to find Nate sitting on the edge of the bed. He was looking at his phone, while I swayed my hips, walking past him.
“Coming?” I purred over my shoulder and his eyes snapped at me. He ripped off his clothes and I chuckled as I stepped into the pool.
The pool was deep, and I was quickly engulfed in water. The saltwater pushed me to shift and I gave in. I knew I needed to learn to control it, but I wanted to shift. My body instantly felt better after the shift was complete. W
