He rubs his eyes with his balled fist like a sleepy child. Slowly blinking awake, he walks forward with careful steps and looks between us. The girl doesn’t seem to be fazed by his display and doesn’t acknowledge him. I can feel her eyes trained on me. He’s looking at the situation and I’m trying to keep my eyes from panning over his naked stomach once more. “Uh…” “Joey, go get the others. Tell them she’s awake.”  I jolt when the girl puts her hand on my thigh. I scrambled back on the couch, trying to put as much space between us as possible, but the back of the couch tops me in my tracks.  She pulls her hand back. “Hey, you’re okay.
