Downtown Hunter

In the crime-ridden downtown there is something scarier than the bad guys everyone fears, even criminals fear it. She is a psycho, who kills those scourge of the downtown mercilessly without reason but satisfaction. All they knew it was a woman but none of the people living there knew who she was and where she came from, they're all just called this woman as the "downtown hunter." She may be killing those rascals of the society but she's still a criminal priest in the eyes of the higher-ups.

Rhiuke is one of the best detective agents and he did everything to find and catch this woman but this so-called downtown hunter doesn't stop until she gets what she wants.
