The next day, I called for a meeting of the elders. I told them of my discovery, and of my plan to make Jane my new Luna. There was some resistance at first, but the elders soon came to understand that this was the will of the moon goddess.
The Pack was abuzz with excitement, and everyone was eager to celebrate the new Luna. The preparations began immediately, and the Pack was soon adorned with flowers and lanterns. The ceremony was held under the full moon, and it was a night that none of them would ever forget.
In the midst of all the joy and excitement, I knew that one person was feeling anything but happy. The jealousy Kira watched from the shadows, her heart burning with resentment. She had always thought that she would be the one to become the new Luna
