Lena’s POV
Life in the palace of the Fire Blaze Pack was so adorable. Lucas was an Alpha King, he cared for me like I was already his Luna, and treated me with respect. I was surrounded by servants who helped me out and kept me company too.
What I didn't want to do was fall for him—I had vowed to not do that, I hope he doesn't as well because I can't stand being under a man as Luna again. It would be better if I just stayed this way and watched him crown whoever would be his Luna ... but he was always confessing his love for me, promising to take care of me and the child and adopting the child as his.
It was bothersome, but I didn't want that thought to eat me up because I needed to be healthy until I conceived.
