Amber POV
I found myself in a completely unfamiliar environment and had to adjust to my new surroundings.
Instead of being in the Vampire Lord's car, I found myself in a large bed adorned with luxurious satin sheets.
Despite my efforts to sit up, I was overcome by dizziness, which resulted in my head collapsing once again.
I groaned while clenching my head. "Stay still, Amber; you have a fever." Lord Aldridge's voice filled the room.
My head remained immobilized due to my lack of strength, however, I could sense his presence gradually getting closer.
"Amber, the lack of sleep you have been getting has strained your body. Training will start in three days, as you need time to recover." Aldridge said in a calming voice.
"three," I whispered. "Why did you hide it from me?" I asked
