SEVENTEEN She was a lady. A court lady, no less. So far out of his reach she might as well be a princess, George fumed as he marched down the road. A lady with a fairy godmother, even. He should have guessed from the cut of her clothes when they first met. But he'd been so mesmerised by the thought of a woman warrior, a girl with the courage he lacked, he hadn't noticed...
