Right after meeting with Mark and Reina, I went to Damon. I knocked before I entered.
“It obviously will never be Reina.”
Damon smiled.
I walked up to him and sat on his lap.
“Stop making fun of your sister.”
I said and planted a kiss on his lips.
“Always busy with work, I can tell.”
I said while shuffling some documents on his table.
“Well, if I don't do it, no one else will.”
He replied.
“You need to take a break from all these.”
“No, not me alone. We deserve a break. We deserve a long time with each other. A romantic getaway.”
“Hmm, I like the sound of that.”
I smiled as I kissed him all over his face. Ever since I saw my dad, my day has become brighter and everything seems better.
“What has happened to you?”
Damon also noticed.
“I'm happy. Don't you like it?”
