My wolf scared him as he moved back trembling. The pain in my head had stopped and I was in full control now.
“King, you have threaded on a path that's too big for you. Now, prepare to meet your doom!”
I bellowed at him and suddenly, he stood firm.
“Nah nah nah! I still hold the cards here. You come any closer and your girl's flesh will peel off in the pot underneath her.”
He threatened.
“So, the legend is true. No wonder you are beyond my control. Don't worry, I will study you and I will find out how to use you for my gain. You will be my dog.”
“You're going to die today.”
I barked at him.
“Not if you want to save her.”
I looked and Linda jumped into the pot. With lightning speed, I took a great leap caught her between my teeth, and landed on the other side. Linda is safe.
