I spent my whole evening finishing my work. Unfortunately, Desmond was watching me the whole time. He wouldn't remove his gaze away from me. He kept staring at me while I tried my best to concentrate on sewing his trousers. "You know what is best to do at this point, Seraphina?" Desmond asked. I tried so hard not to yawn and focused my eyes on the needle I was using. "To sleep, yes," I said, not interested in engaging in conversation with him. He chuckled darkly.
