“I think the boys are fighting.” Autumn said this as we were leaving the snack bar. Stunned, I practically tripped over myself to follow after her. Almost choked on the banana cue I was eating too. Catching up to her, I asked, “Why... why do you think so?” She softly sighed. “I don’t know. I just feel like they are.” I frowned at her. Did something happen earlier? When I saw the three of them before class, they didn’t look like they were fighting. Roan and Autumn were laughing about something then, while Nicholas had that half-smile he especially reserved for his friends on his face. Were they fighting about Autumn again?
