I sat inside my car, digging into my backpack for my lip gloss. Finding it, I pulled down the visor mirror and put a fresh coat on my lips. I smiled at my reflection, even managing a wink. It was Monday and it was going to be another day of battling for Rohan's affections. I needed to look pretty when I see him again. Who knows? Maybe he'll finally give in and be my friend.
