According to the contract Nova Industries has two months to develop Ex and Super grade elixirs.
To receive the promised land in the ORION, they have to deliver the elixirs within two months that's a very short time to develop a product that even they failed to do.. and if Nova Industries failed to deliver they have to pay a million S-grade rank elixirs to Martial Alliance as compensation for the space beast meat, it's a very unfair deal since the space beast meat was purchased by Nova Industries but the Martial Alliance insist they are on a loading side since the space beast meat should be paid in GC and not Earth Credit, Xandrax didn't bother to argue about it.. since he knows he won't fail.
