Athena's Pov
I might like this game. I walked towards to the other players who've been in the canteen.
"Hi," a guy said.
"Hello," I replied. I smiled some of the players looking at me. I sat in the counter then ordered some drinks. Yeah, this game isn't cool right? You can even drink or eat whatever you want.
"Are you that famous Athena?" The girl ask who sat besides me.
"Do you know who I am?" I asked.
"I don't think so, " she ignored me. She ordered some wine too.
I've been wondering if he saw the helmet under my bed. But, it's fine if he did not saw it. I just tell him in person about this game.
I look up in the roof. Wow, it's so amazing. I know, if I can saw it in computer this game is beautiful but now I'm here inside in this game. It's feels like. Wow, cool. I'm speechless. I don't have a words to say.
"Athena! Athena!" some guy call out my name. I looked at him holding his chest, still out of breath.
"Let’s get out of here!" he said. He dragged me out of the canteen. "Let’s get out of here Athena. It's not safe. Let's go." He hold my hand so tight.
"W-wait... Wait Henry it's hurt." he bowed down. "What's wrong with you!"
"I'm sorry. Let me see..." He was about to touch my hand again but I keep myself away from him. "Let’s go home," he said.
"No, I don't want to."
"Please, listen to me. Stop for being so stubborn."
"Excuse me?" I crossed my arms.
"What?" he asked innocent.
"Henry look, I like to try this game and then looked, many people are here, and this game? Is so awesome!" I said in excitement. But, he didn't get it.
"It's not safe, Athena. I already told you." He was about to cry to convince me. What's his problem?
"How could you say that?" I walked away from him. But, he kept following on me.
"Please, Athena. Just listen to me."
"No, I don't want to listen. Until, you say it to me. What is your problem?" I asked. He just looked up and didn't say anything.
"So, you don't wanna say it here?" I faced him.
"No, until I can't see your safety."
"It's safe Henry. It is." I hold his hand to convince him and I want to play this game with him. "Alright, I go offline and then after that I play this game again until I convince you that, it is safe." I smiled.
He hold my hand so tight and said. "Ok."
However, in what Henry's feared has come.
"Why? What happened?" he asked. He saw that I frown.
"There's no offline in the settings."
"No, way."
I started to get nervous. "Hey, it's fine okay? Let's fine another way to get out of here." he said. I sat down in the rock near in the shed of trees. I want to cry.
"There's no offline."
"Oh my gosh!"
"Is it for real?"
"What happened to us here?"
Other players was started to get panick when they knew that there's no offline in this game.
Until, somethings show in front of us. It's like a man who is in near 40s talking infront of us.
"Hello, gentlemen. This is Ragnarok, as you can see I'm just a Player Character not like yours the NPC or shall I say non-player character."
"What did he say?"
"What do you mean?"
"What I mean... You played as a NPC and the NPC played as a Player character."
"That's ridiculous.!"
"Are you out of your mind?" I asked. Gladly he didn't hear me.
"This are the things that you can avoid, is being hit by the enemy. If you git hit and lost your three lives..."
"Why? What will happened to us?"
"Let's see... However, if you finish the quest that I give to all of you... Soon you can go home."
