Haley blinked open her eyes as the car pulled into the gravelled driveway of Kermit and Kyla’s home, her head felt back to normal and she turned to see Stan smiling down at her.
“Sorry” she muttered, knowing her drunken antics had spoilt their night and morning activities they had both craved.
The silver Alfa Romeo was already parked in front of them, indicating that it had arrived without breaking down.
“Hey, we will get unpacked. If you like, you guys can stay with Cigs and Izzy.” Tank smiled at Stan and Haley.
“Actually, I have booked into a hotel in the next village over.” Haley said.
