John’s P.O.V.
I put the phone down. He didn’t pick up the call and I wondered what happened to him. We were best friends from so many years and he never missed my call. I opened the system and checked the security footage of last 3 hours.
There was something wrong as I was not able to hear anything. Uncle, Alex and Matthew were sitting in the living room. They were discussing something and Uncle was very furious. I checked the system again for audio. Everything was okay here. Then why did I was not able to hear them? I called my security officer and asked him to check the system for audio.
“Everything is okay at our end Sir”, he informed me a few minutes later and I was surprised now. In past 6 years, nothing like this happened before. They never suspected that I had installed
