Chapter 28: Time and Place Sketching was lost somewhere inside Damian’s body. Honestly, he needed a shot of Jack or vodka to find it, knowing that it was hidden underneath his epidermis. He sat where his brother had sat just a few minutes before. He turned a light on, which offered very little brightness, and looked down at the empty sketchpad on the desk’s cheap surface. A pencil sat to the right of the sketchpad and stared at him, mocking him for not being able to produce anything. Ridge stirred on the bed’s surface.
