Hannah's POV
The sunroom was alive with people from Joseph’s group of rebels. They all crowded around me, worried about me.
“Laura’s so angry.” Krystal whispered. “Apparently Joseph hadn’t come back to their room until really late last night. He had just woken up and they were just getting into some foreplay when he was mind-linked by you… he ran out as if someone had told him the house was on fire. Of course, when she learned it was because someone tried to harm you she quieted down but before that she was complaining to all of us about his bedroom etiquette.” Krystal added hastily.
“Why would someone want to harm you?” Elvira queried, sitting beside me. “If you ask me, someone isn’t too happy about you being here.”
“Well that narrows it down to just about everyone.” I concluded
