I had to escape. I knew Griffin was out there somewhere; I had to find him before he came here and was taken over by a lesser demon or worse. Of course, I couldn't let anyone especially Joseph, find out that Griffin was in a different country right now. I didn't know much but I was sure it would take even those Wraiths awhile to reach Nigeria in their search for more hosts for their peers. I had paced the entire room trying to figure out a way out. My handbag from the press conference rested on my dressing table. Going through it, I found my necklace but my phone was missing. Great. Joseph had probably confiscated my phone.
