To this day, Maxine stays in Ashley's condo. She didn't want to talk to Noah at first because she was still confused. She has also been thinking about everything for a few days and now she is ready to face Noah and make her decision. So here she is now, inside the coffee shop with Noah.
"I'm asking Ashley where you are but she doesn't answer me, bakit bigla ka na lang nawala kahit hindi pa tapos ng runway?" Noah asked calmly while looking intently at Maxine. "I lost time to look for you physically because there was a problem at home, it's a good thing you called me-"
"Babalik na muna ako sa San Isidro" sambit ni Maxine.
"Why? May nangyare ba?. is there a problem?" Noah asked immediately.
"G-usto ko ng tapusin kung meron man namamagitan sa atin" deretsyahang sagot ni Maxine.
"What?! No, we can't-"
"Ayoko na Noah" Maxine tried to hold back her tears "Ayoko na ng ganito."
"Hindi naman natin kailangan saktan ang isa't isa diba? So why? What's the reason ?... I'm going to fight for you if that's what you're worried about, so please don't do this to me."
"Hindi ko na kaya- mas lalo lang natin sasaktan ang isa't isa kapag pinatagal pa natin ito. Alam nating pareho na mali ito diba?. At sabi mo handa ka sa magiging resulta, kaya dapat handa ka na darating ang oras na ito... Na bibitawan natin ang isa't isa" Maxine's voice trembled even more with every word that came out of her mouth.
"Hindi ko kaya, I have already decided that I will fight for you. I fought for us, And since you said you wanted me, I already claim you as mine-" ani Noah.
"Pero ako, kailan man hindi ka naging akin."
"My heart is yours Max-"
Maxine couldn't stop her tears from falling so she immediately wiped them away "Noah, hindi lang tayo ang masasaktan kapag pinagpatuloy pa natin ito. May maaapektohan din na iba sa ayaw man natin o sa gusto... Tanggap ko, tinanggap ko dahil kinailangan kong tanggapin na ang lahat ng mayroon tayo ay panandalian lang- bitawan na natin ang isa't isa..."
"Ganoon na ba kadali sayo?, I bet more now than before- Isinusugal ko ang kasal ko pati na rin ang trabaho ko, because I choose my heart, I choose you Max!. And I'm willing to give up everything now-"
"Hindi din magiging madali sa akin pero iyon ang tama... Alam mo na kahit mahalin natin ang isa't isa ay kailan man ay hindi magiging sapat iyon. Kaya pakiusap, bitawan na natin ang isa't isa. Tama na... Iwanan mo na lang ulit ako..."

Maxine let go of Noah's hand and walked out of the coffee shop, and to her expectation, Noah followed her. "Max!!!... Please... Come back..."
Maxine didn't turn around and crossed the road, because maybe when she turned around she might no longer be able to cope with the pain and would revoke her decision and go back to Noah again.
"Max!!!" Noah ran across the road to follow Maxine.
Maxine suddenly stopped when she heard a loud bang. She immediately turned around and when she saw Noah she fell to the ground. Noah was lying in the middle of the road as a smoking car collided with an electric pole.
"Max, I l-love you" he whispered. Noah's blood dripped down the road as he gasped for breath. Maxine stood up and ran towards Noah "S-sube?" She stuttered.
"I'm s-sorry" Noah said with difficulty.
Noah's whole body was bloody, while Maxine gently touched Noah's face, which was covered in blood. "No- I'm s-sorry!" Maxine's tears flowed even more and her hands were shaking "H-elp!!!... Help!!!" she shouted, as she begged and asked for help. The people around them were just watching and not even calling an ambulance. "T-tulungan niyo kami!!!."
"I'm s-sorry if we end up like t-his... l-lagi ko na lang s-sinasaktan ang p-puso mo."
"H-hindeee-"
"D-on't ever blame yourself ... p-please, Mahal k-kita simula una at h-hanggang sa h-uli"
"N-noah!!!" Maxine cried hysterically "Tulungan niyo k-ami!!!-"
Noah caressed Maxine's cheek and smiled sadly "F-orgive me if I haven't been able to f-ight for you before. F-orgive me if I let us e-nd up like this, f-orgive me if I keep b-reaking my p-romises... I'm sorry for breaking your heart again."
"K-asalanan ko-"
"P-please never blame yourself.... Please. Y-ou are the only person who made my h-eart happy even though I was struggling so hard- Y-ou gave light to my w-orld so I t-hank you for coming into my life..." even though it was hard for noah he tried to fight back and remove Maxine's guilt.
Maxine nodded "B-asta k-apit l-ang, d-darating ang ambulasya..."
Noah caressed her hair and gently touched her lips afterwards. "Tell my parents that I have f-orgiven them for a long t-ime, and to A-ngel, tell her that she d-eserves better- she deserves to be loved and cared for, so choose s-omeone e-lse, n-,not me because I don't deserve her..."
"P-wede naman na ikaw ang mag sabi sa kanila... Kaya mas dapat lumaban ka-"
"F-or the last time, I just wanna tell you that M-ahal kit-" he didn't finish what he was going to say when Noah fainted and stopped breathing.
Maxine's voice and hand trembled as she caressed his face"H-indeee!!!" Maxine hugged Noah while crying hysterically. Only now did the ambulance arrive when it was too late. "M-ahal din k-kita... G-gumising ka na!!. Pakiusap, huwag mo ng s-aktan muli ang puso ko." Maxine's hand was full of blood, even when the nurses came, she still didn't let him go. "H-uwag mo akong iwan- pakiusap. Hindi ko kaya..."
"He is dead" the nurse uttered.
"H-hinde, hindi pa siya patay!!... Hindi p-wede, hinde!!!" Maxine cried even more and she held his hand tightly.
