An hour later a knock came on Lucian's door before the door cracked open and he heard almost silent footsteps walk into the room.
"What news did you have for me now Aaron? And I hope it is good news," Lucian asked with all his attention on the books before him.
"Yes my Lord, I have good news for you."
Lucian's heart melted; he is already getting tired of the many bad events happening in his life. From almost getting killed by outsiders and being poisoned by his wife.
