I slapped him hard in the face the minute he touched me.

“Ramona.” Griffith got angry and held my hand with his eyes raging fire. “I don’t care about who the f**k you are, but don’t ever slap Ryan again.”

“Griffith, calm down.” Ryan spoke up with a smile, trying to stop him.

“I’m warning you, and don’t do that again. The next time you try it again, I will show you the dark side of me, Ramona.”

“Did you just speak to me in that manner, Griffith?” I snapped and forced my hand off him.

‘Stop acting like a spoiled child. Everything isn’t about you, Ramona.’

“Yes, it is, you motherf-u-c-k-e-r. I hate all of you for what you did to me.”

“Nobody did anything to you except for Stefan, who made you a laughingstock. None of us wanted anything to do with you. We were being honest with you. Don’t give me so much crap. You caused all this mess to yourself. Isn’t that what you want to hear from me?”

“I caused it huh, how dare you?” I lashed at him.

“Can you just see the way you are defending Ryan against me, supporting me and being by his side, but no one did that for me? No one stood by my side and I was the problem, right? When I needed help, no one was there and everyone abandoned me for seven years, including you as my best friend. Seven f*****g years, none of you contacted me.”

“Seven f*****g years. We all tried but we couldn’t get through to you and when we went back to the place to ask what had happened, you packed out and your mother got remarried to a Lycan. “Don’t make excuses Griffith, did you ever for once in your life asked me why my mother divorced my father? Did you ever ask me who destroyed my family? You know why, it was because my father slept with Ryan’s mother. He had an affair with his mother.” I pointed at Ryan. “He was the reason my family got divided. Ryan was the reason my mother got married to a monster.” I shouted and pushed him away from me.

“I discovered I was an Alpha after going through some tests because of how thick my pheromones were years ago. Ethan suggested I take the test back then. And I discovered that all these years, my mother had been lying to me, giving me drugs because she wanted me to be an Omega, so she could control me. I felt broken, but I forgave her because she was the only one and my sister that I had.” I revealed. “Had no choice but to forgive her, but I ended up with a Lycan as my stepfather, who was a monster.” I sobbed. “Ryan’s mother ruined my family and you are defending him.”

“I understand your pain, but it wasn’t Ryan’s fault. Ryan had no hand in this mess. He didn’t even know his mother was having an affair with your father. We both found out when we went to your former place to search for you, Ryan quarreled terribly with his mother on that day.”

“Griffith, leave me alone.” I uttered. “I just want to be alone. You are messing up my life.”

“Calm down, Ramona,” he calmly said. “Remember this: most of us are honest with our feelings. I didn’t betray you. Neither did Ryan, Maekar, Harald, Garald and Tyler. I am in love with Ryan. We both got out of the mate bond. We weren’t ready to be committed to you because of our feelings. I’m bisexual like I said earlier and Ryan is truly gay. Do you expect the both of us to mate with you when we are not into you? No, that will be called disrespect, dishonesty and cheating, and I don’t want to f*****g hurt you because I care about you so much. Makar isn’t in love with you. He left because he simply wasn’t interested in you. He is a playboy who wants the world to revolve around him. We all know how selfish he is. So, he left because he didn’t want to hurt you. Harald was in love with someone ten times older than him. He wasn’t ready to bond with you. He also left. Tyler, we all knew he secretly loved you but because Stefan stepped forward to claim you first, he had no other choice than to be with Lucy, unknowingly that Lucy had eyes for Stefan and luckily, as we all found out about it. As soon as Lucy found that out, she grabbed the chance and got Stefan, leaving Tyler in the dark. What are you mad at, darling, for being honest with you or for Stefan leaving you, or is it because your mother left your father and got married to a Lycan? Or is it because you loved me first or is it because the dreams you wanted never came true? I already clarified myself to you. I can’t accept you. What else do you want from me?” He questioned.

I couldn’t give an answer. I felt too broken to speak but the truth was, I was angry at everything.

“Listen, I don’t know where I went wrong, but I tried my best to search for you. I love you and I will always love you. Ryan is who I love more, but if you ever need my help, I will always be there to guard you. I know you are heartbroken about Stefan cheating on you with Lucy. It’s not easy, but you have to move on and let go of your pains. Please, Ramona, let me through whatever pain or difficulties you are going through. Let me know so we can go through it and fight.”

I took a few steps back away from him. “I heard everything you said, Griffith, I understand you, but please leave me alone.”

I ran away from him

That was the last straw for me.

This was the first time he was defending someone against me and his eyes showed he was really in love with Ryan, which broke my heart into a thousand pieces and he looked at me as if I was the bad guy here.
