Fully aware of the fact that Valerie is Richard soon to be bride, Michael Penfield, still nurtures lustful feelings towards Valerie.
Michael, is one of Richard's pack of wolves, known to be the least of them all, but still dangerous in battle and stronger than an average werewolf.
Michael Penfield is also known to be a chronic womanizer without borders, he is known for that even beyond his town.
He flirts a lot with a lot of girls, and once one has fallen for his charm, it is straight to his bedroom for nothing else but s*x.
Michael has never kept a serious relationship, but he promises you that just to get to you.
No doubts, Michael had also got the looks with an athletic body, this attractive body of his would make a girl fall for him quickly.
One of Michael's strategy of getting himself a lady is, promising a lasting relationship.
After the s*x, he is unto another prey and forgets about the promise as though they meant nothing to him, of a truth, the relationship actually meant nothing to him.
But Valerie's was different for him, he felt a genuine feeling inside but couldn't let it out, of course, she is his master's woman.
The only option on the table for him was only being friends with her, Valerie.
Valerie, on the flip side of things, knows that Michael is into her but she doesn't want to push anything with him, because it'll be dangerous for both her and Michael.
Richard could kill both of them if he finds out they are having an affair behind him.
They were both careful with their friendship, not allowing things to be very suspicious especially from Richard suspecting them.
Though she never had feelings for him, she also wanted a taste of him but she has to kill such thoughts to avoid putting Michael into problems.
Also, being friends with Michael was beneficial to her, she could gather quite a lot of information from Michael about Richard.
Michael had told Valerie that Richard can completely be a fool for a lady and loose all his guards, especially after s*x, he is most vulnerable then.
Michael had indirectly said that, no one can kill Richard, but can be betrayed and killed by someone he loves at his most vulnerable time.
He also had a feeling that only the woman who Richard really loves could kill him.
This information made Valerie more determined in making Richard fall for him.
Michael also had his secret desires about Richard.
He also, like Valerie, wanted Richard dead, though not by his own hands.
He was getting tired of how aggressively treated everything, he wished he can just tune it down a bit.
But he couldn't do much because he is nothing more than the least in Richard's pack.
Though, he never felt intimidated by all in his pack or even Richard, but he couldn't deal with their excessive aggression towards every little provocation.
He wished anyone was brazen enough to want to kill Richard, he would definitely help them genuinely.
Michael secretly thought and wished, Valerie could be that person to put and end to his excessive aggression.
He made sure he spilled every little detail about Richard to her, though he never asked her true intentions for Richard, he just thought and wished Valerie could be the one to put an end to Richard.
Richard was never aware of both Valerie and Michael ever meeting up, he just trusted that Michael would never hit on his woman.
He was never suspecting of the fact that Michael wants him dead.
On a very bright sunny Saturday, feeling of being in the weekend can be felt everywhere.
Valerie, just thought she hasn't had s*x in a while, and thinking of who can quench her burning desire of having s*x.
The thought of Richard was immediately killed in her mind, she doesn't want to go begging for him.
Her plans has to go smoothly, going for s*x now is too early, and she isn't prepared to kill him yet.
Michael was a great option for, she thought of exploring that option.
She knows it is quite unnecessary to think of that, but she was so on heat and wanted a man badly to quench her urge for s*x.
She got dressed and moved to Michael's house.
Unfortunately, Michael was busy, he was another with lady, they just finished having s*x.
Valerie got very disappointed at herself, but she decided to give it a shot.
She tried kissing Michael after a little chat with him, but he curved her kiss
"I can't be doing this with you Valerie, if Richard finds out, you know we are both dead."
Michael said as he moved away from her.
"I know you want me too, you know you can have me now."
Valerie said as she tried to press harder for a kiss, but Michael wasn't giving in to her demands.
Valerie later got a hold of herself, as she stopping fooling herself on trying to get on Michael.
She could understand him, she knows he wants her, but Richard being involved is just his problems.
"If Richard wasn't involved, I could have done whatever you wanted from me, I can't, I'm so sorry, Valerie."
Michael said.
Valerie feeling very disappointed at this point stood up to take her leave.
Valerie felt miserable at some point, she doesn't have any man in her life.
The only man in her life, she badly wants to kill him, she thought of all these as she walked out of Michael's house.
She began feeling so lonely, and there was no solution in sight for her.
Immediately, she saw someone she thought she would never see again in her life, she was shocked at the sight of the person. She couldn't talk or move for a while.
"Alex! Alex!" She called out to whom she just saw.
She couldn't hold her emotions anymore, she ran to him giving him a long deep kiss while tears rolled down her eyes.
She just met Alex, her first love who was a human she hasn't met and wanted to meet after a long while.
